  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.
  • Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and shipment preparation.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Time & Carriers

  • After processing, orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location.

1. Return Shipping Process

Returning an item is simple

  1. All return requests must be submitted before the end of the 30‑day . Requests received after the deadline will not be processed.
  2. Once your return is approved we ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return

Sale or discounted items

Custom-made or personalized products

Items that once opened cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons

3. Return Fees

Our return process is completely free of charge. Simply contact us to initiate your return, and we’ll guide you through each step at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process days 

Once we receive your returned item we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Refund fees: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. No additional fee is deducted.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

We’ll either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item or have changed your mind, simply request an exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement as long as processing hasn’t started. Once the order has been shipped cancellation is no longer possible.
